America and North Korea

America cannot win in N. Korea despite its determination for this reason: Its stance to deny the Koreans of a black bomb lacks any moral fiber for it's the only nation that has used atomic weapons in living memory. It also, reportedly, has stockpiles of black bombs. The N. Koreans, like the Iranians and many smaller states, know these. Nobody wants to play the fool.
